Puppy contract:

Thank you for buying a puppy from me. To make sure this is an enjoyable experience for both of us, I have made this contract, so you will know what to expect.
When you pick out a puppy you will send me a Non refundable holding fee of $200.00 to hold the puppy. If something happens to the puppy while in my care you will get your $200 holding fee back.
If you change your mind and no longer want the puppy you will not get your holding fee back. this is so I don't hold a puppy that I could have sold. But your holding fee will be transferable up to a year on another puppy.
When it’s time for you to pick up your puppy you will then pay in full the remainder of the balance due in cash or you can make payments there is a “pay now button at the bottom of this page for your convenience.
Your puppy will come with Its tail cut and dew clews off, they will have their first vet check to make sure they are healthy. (you will get a sign paper from the vet stating that they are healthy and ready for their new home) They will be Microchip, wormed and have their first 2 sets of shots. They will also come with a welcome pack with dog food, a collar, and other goodies, pedigree and signed certificate from the vet.
Buyer agrees to have said puppy examined by a licensed vet within 72 hours of time of pickup/ delivery, or guarantee is not applicable.
If said puppy is other than healthy it should be brought to breeder and breeder's veterinarian immediately. The breeder will not be responsible for any veterinary cost at any time after it leaves my home.
Minor problems such as diarrhea, coccidiosis, wormy stool, Giardia etc. are common problems among puppies and will not be covered by this warranty, although every effort is made to sell puppies free of these problems.
Delivery
You are more than welcome to come to my house and pick up your puppy and see the mom and dad. Or in some cases I will meet you within reason I charge $1.00 a mile. I will deliver to Hot Springs and Arkadelphia for free.
Boarding your puppy after pick up date
If you can’t pick up your puppy by the pickup date you will be charged $5.00 a day or $25.00 a week.
Breeder is not responsible for any shipping charges, or vet bills once the puppy leaves our care.
Breeder does not assume any liability for any injury of said puppy after delivery or after shipper picks up ( leaves my home).
Buyer is responsible to maintain the puppy’s health condition, vaccinations, and de-worming to insure good health.
Not Guarantee adult weight, height, breeding ability, undescended testicles, parvo
The Breeder has provided everything possible to produce a healthy sound puppy, by raising the puppy in the best possible way in regard to diet, exercise, socialization, and veterinary care.
To the best of breeder's knowledge this puppy appears free of any life threatening genetic/congenital defects as far as the eye can see.
